Key Terms
Website - An Internet resource located at [https://www.cyber-netics.com], providing access to the "Cyber-Netics" Service software. The term "Website," depending on the context, also refers to: "Cyber-Netics"; domain name; design (graphic design), website database, and any of its sections, as well as all information posted on the Website by the Site Administration. User - an individual or legal entity that has accepted the terms of the License Agreement, this Privacy Policy, and has created an Account by completing the user authentication procedure. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the User is considered a subject of personal data.
General Provisions
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") establishes the procedure for the Site Administration to process personal data, the types of personal data collected, the purpose of using such personal data, the interaction of the Site Administration with third parties, security measures to protect personal data, conditions of access to personal data, as well as contact information for the user regarding access, making changes, blocking, or deleting their personal data, and addressing any questions that may arise regarding the protection of personal data.
Since when using the Website, the User may follow links placed outside the Website, the User hereby acknowledges that they are being redirected to websites of other companies, where information about the User is collected beyond the control of the Site Administration. When using the "Сyber-Netics" Service, the Site Administration processes user data, namely:

Basis for Processing Personal Data

The Site Administration does not transfer personal data to third parties at the request of the data subject, with the consent of the User, or in other cases outlined in this Policy. The Site may contain links to other websites. When navigating to other websites through such links, this Policy does not apply to those sites.
Confidentiality of Personal Data Subject's Activity on the Site
Information about users' activity (traffic) on the Site, or user email, is protected in accordance with the law. The Site Administration does not in any way or form violate the confidentiality of user "activity" when using the Site's services.

9) To apply legal remedies in case of violation of legislation on personal data protection;

13) To be protected from automated decision-making that has legal consequences for them.
